**Job Duties**:
Assist to conduct interview assessment and produce report according to student's performance.

Liaise with consultants regarding tutors’ availability and assigning suitable tutors to pupils according to pupil’s age, personality and education level.

Timetabling classes for tutors and students.

Monitor tutoring sessions and communicate with clients about students' progress.

Ensure students and tutors have all the relevant materials required for lessons.

Assist senior tutor develop JD Consultancy’s teaching methods and conducting research into new methods of teaching.

Assist organizing in house tutoring for specific course run at JD Consultancy’s London office.

In charge of classes set up on the company online tutoring platform.

Reporting tuition data regularly to management.

Tutoring quality control management.

Calculating and checking tutors' monthly hours to make sure tutors are paid promptly.

Assisting marking team on promotions and events.

**Qualifications and Skills: Essential**

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Exceptional communication skills

Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Ability to analyse and revise tutoring practices to improve quality

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Previous experience tutoring/teaching or tuition coordinating

Eligible to work in the UK

Both English and Mandarin speaking is mandatory

**Preferable**:
A good knowledge of the UK independent school sector

A working understanding of the national curriculum of UK schools

Strong academic background

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
