Sales Advisor -OTE of £35k+ per annum in first year

**Looking for a change and to earn some extra income?**

Our client is an outsourced B2C sales company based in the midlands and has several self-employed sales advisor roles in events/venue environments. The role is face to face and based in venues within the local area, speaking with members of the public.

The main aim of this role is to increase revenues on behalf of their clients which include large and local non-profits, they feel the best way to do this is to meet customers in venues with high footfall in the local area. At the moment they are runninga campaign to help build more brand awareness and more importantly raise their overall revenue in to the business to help them continue their fantastic work.

**Sales Advisor Requirements**:

- Strong communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Desire to impress and make a positive impact
- Looking for a new challenge within a sales environment
- No sales experience necessary, but you must be willing to learn
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
- Target driven and/or money motivated
- Perfect for; students keen to get experience, semi-retired sales professionals, ex energy sales people, those looking for a fresh start in a new industry or those looking to continue a career in sales
- Over the age of 18 and be eligible to work in the UK as our client cannot sponsor VISA’s
- Must be willing and able to commute to and work within the advertised area

- Self employed position for flexibility and increased earning potential
- Uncapped earning potential with OTE of £30-40k per annum
- All income is based on commission plus added financial incentives.
- Guaranteed £400 p/w for first 4 weeks, whilst under training.
