The Role

Working alongside both the Interior Design and retail shop team and reporting to

growing success and development of the business.

They will have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing
- Scheduling client appointments and managing important departmental deadlines
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts
- Building a good rapport with clients and providing an accounting team with relevant information
- Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Paying suppliers
- Preparing and entering journals into the system
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties
- Accounts payable: processing invoices.
- Accounts receivable: issuing and monitoring monthly invoices.
- Reporting: assisting with our interior design software reconciliations.
- Stock management : interior design.
- Managing petty cash.

We anticipate the above will continue to develop as the business grows.
- A dynamic team player with attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident, adaptable, and experienced in multi-tasking.
- Preferably familiar with EstiPC software.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

**Qualifications**:
Experienced bookkeeper and familiar with Sage.

4-5 days a week

Permanent

Based at our studio in Belgravia.

Salary will be based on qualification and/experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
