Our menu includes pub classics, seasonal specialsand the best Sunday roasts around. The Marlborough has a lively atmosphere, made up of a dynamic, friendly, fast paced team full of character. Our wonderful pub is located a 10 min walk from Richmond station along with several bus services running all hoursclose at hand.
Our offer £9.50 to £13.50 per hour depending on position taken

Kitchen Porter:
We are looking for an existing Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who considers themselves to have a passion to work within a reliable team that delivers high quality standards. We need hard-working anddedicated people behind the scenes to help our restaurants run smoothly and to ensure that they are always clean and tidy. As the successful Kitchen Porter you will: Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team Have high standardsand a great work ethic You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills Be working alongside your kitchen team and will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver topquality service Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day task.
Commis Chef:
We are looking for an existing Commis chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment thatmakes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will: Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team Have high standards and a great work ethic You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team playerwith excellent communication skills Be working alongside your kitchen team you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day task.
Chef de Partie:
We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successfulChef de Partie you will: Have experience championing excellent service through quality food. Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor You will show willingness to learn new skills, bean active team player with excellent communication skills Working alongside your Head Chef you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials Demonstrate great planning andorganisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
Sous Chef:
We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next step, who considers themselves as a natural leader with a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successfulSous Chef you will: Have experience championing excellent service through quality food, Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team, Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills, Be responsible and able to manage the kitchen staffrota, training and all health and safety effectively at all times Working alongside your Head Chef you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials Demonstrate great planningand organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house team.
