Veterinary Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our small lively practice. Our receptionists are extremely important to our practice, being the first contact to our clients, providing a high standard of customer case is key. We require an enthusiastic, self-motivated team member who can provide the best customer care whilst working alongside our vets and nurses to provide a friendly but professional service.
We are a small first opinion practice located in a charming village of Lane End. Situated in a picturesque 1900 building for over 10 years, we have a very strong client base which continues to grow. Having many clients with us from the beginning we can provide a more friendly/homely environment for clients and their pets.
Duties include but not limited to:
Answering phones
Appointment bookings
Taking payments
Dealing with client enquires
Administrative duties
Position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Covering shift patterns between the hours of 8.15am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays on a rota’ed basis.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
