**Role Overview**

As an integral part of our fast-paced, results-driven Digital Team, you will work closely with the Paid Strategy Manager and Paid Search Executive to ensure we’re continually growing and maximising our core paid social channels while exploring new acquisition social channels to advertise on. You will also be responsible for running various company-level initiatives and projects, especially those relating to traffic acquisition and brand growth through Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & TikTok.

**Role Objectives & Outcomes/Goals**
- Own the day to day management of all Paid Social channels
- Ensure KPIs are being met and reporting performance metrics back to the wider management team
- Define innovative opportunities that we should explore in order to achieve our 2023 revenue targets
- Work closely with our design and content team to integrate the wider marketing/trade calendar into all paid social projects

**Role Responsibilities**
- With the support of the Paid Strategy Manager, you will define and implement our global Paid Social strategy
- Implement and manage social media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok
- Run a variety of campaign types with the view to drive Awareness, Interest and Conversions at different user touch points
- Adapt a ‘test and learn’ approach for creative and messaging in all ads to understand how to better engage our users
- Build UGC campaigns to ensure creative captured during collaborator projects is utilised across our social channels
- Grow our reach in new countries through social campaigns
- Work with the International team to identify market lead strategies
- Own and manage our Boosting strategy to assist with the growth of our Organic performance
- Identify and test new social platforms that might present commercial opportunities for Hovia
- You will be expected to innovate and come up with creative ways to enhance campaign performance using new features and tech
- Monitor and report on relevant KPIs. Continuously have a solid grip on these and how they impact wider business performance
- Input into the broader marketing strategy

**Skills, Competencies, Experience & Personal Attributes**

**Essential**
- 1+ years experience in Paid Social
- Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights from large data sets
- Flexible & Agile working attitude with good problem solving skills
- Experience in working on retail or ecommerce websites
- Experience in working with high traffic websites (500,000+ sessions/month)
- Experience improving CACs and driving profitable return on investment
- An inherent ability to think differently and spot new ideas/opportunities
- A genuine passion for digital marketing

**Desirable**
- Hands on experience of managing global social marketing campaigns
- Exposure to Paid Search and Organic Search with a working knowledge of these channels
- Experience working with large budgets of $10k per month or more
- Fluency in a (European) foreign language
