**About the role**:
We are building, we are growing and we are disrupting As a result, we have an incredible new opportunity for a Customer Experience Leader to join us on our exciting journey here at Superscript

This is a newly created position, where your responsibilities will include; owning customer outcomes, designing and delivering a broad spectrum of learning programmes and team-building activities covering business, personal and technical skills, as well as leadership, management and early careers. You’ll partner closely with our Advised, Partnerships & Marketing teams, along with the SLT and People colleagues to provide tailor-made solutions and manage learning communications and systems to cultivate an exceptional customer experience and ensure customer loyalty.

**What you'll get up to**:
You will be all things customer (both internal and external) owning our customer outcomes across all distribution channels, managing our feedback and continually educating the business on the developments required to enhance our customer experience, you will oversee our sales coaching, training, learning & development processes, reviewing and updating where necessary to ensure best practice and support management and employees with learning & development tools and training.
- Identify learning needs across the organisation.
- Manage the execution and delivery of learning solutions.
- Evaluate all learning solutions to ensure high-quality provision and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute learning solutions that satisfy organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote and embed learning and a learning culture throughout the organisation.
- Facilitate & deliver core training programmes

**About you**:
We’re looking for a passionate & dedicated customer champion and learning & development professional, who cares about what they do and is motivated by developing the careers of their colleagues. You will have experience of learning design and delivery, with expertise in learning management and ideas to enhance our offerings further. Naturally, you will be a great communicator and will be commercially focused, possessing excellent ability to partner effectively with stakeholders, understand learning needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- You have a commercial and business view of training - you have previous experience connecting learning modules to business goals and can use data to provide insights and measure success
- You believe in leading by example and will be self-motivated towards great results - if you see something that needs fixing, you’ll be driven to fix it or will know when to seek assistance to resolve the situation
- You are comfortable and feel confident working in an ever-changing and ambiguous environment - we love to be disruptive at Superscript and that means lots of change and quick, so you’ll need to be agile and nimble in your approach to work
- You are a creative thinker - you have a flexible view on learning solutions and can adapt training techniques to the individual or groups learning style
