Delivery Driver

**Wild Hearth Bakery** is a busy wholesale bakery looking for a delivery driver to join our expanding team.

We deliver 5 days a week across Perthshire, Dundee, Angus, Fife, Stirling, Ballater and the Central Belt including Saturdays.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and friendly, who has experience of deliveries, solid road knowledge of the area and _**likes very early mornings**_
- **You need to be in Comrie PH6 by 4am regularly so someone not far away is preferred.**_

Saturday work is to be expected.

The start and finish time for your shift will vary depending on the day and duties required. It is normally around 4am but could be earlier for deliveries.

Occasionally there may be a shift starting from 8am.

Early morning allowance and subsistence allowances are available

**Responsibilities include**
- delivering to customers
- packing bread (attention to detail, good numeracy skills required).
- Moving ingredients, flour, briquettes
- undertaking general maintenance tasks.

You must be well presented and willing to go the extra mile as our customers trust us to deliver quality from start to finish. Having a friendly, helpful attitude and understanding the importance of deadlines will be key. You must have a positive "can do" approach to all aspects of your work. Personal hygiene and being a tidy, organised person will be important as you will be working in or near a food production area.

There is a 3 month probation period for all staff. We are a Real Living Wage employer

Please note this is a very physical job which involves an element of lifting

A clean full driving license is required with no more than 3 penalty points in the last 3 years.
