SureCare Northampton is a Domiciliary Care company that provides care to people within in their own homes and are looking for new members of staff to help support the local community with any help that they need.

We are looking for people that can help others complete the day-to-day tasks that they struggle with. This could include the following:

- Helping someone with light household duties (for example washing up and putting some washing on)
- Support to take someone to appointments that they have
- Support to take and complete someone’s shopping
- Support someone to eat and drink regularly
- Support someone with gardening
- Support someone to have a conversation about their life experiences.

We are aware that some people may feel confident on completing some or even all of the tasks described above. We would like to reassure you that we provide all of our new members of staff with full training on how to support someone that needs our help. We also provide our staff with ongoing training to help continue to develop them throughout their time with us.

We are a company that value a good Home and Work Life Balance. We feel that this is important for all our staff. The way we can do this is to make sure that our staff have regular days off to rest, recharge and have time to spend time with their loved ones. To ensure that we meet this expectation, we ask that all of our staff work alternative weekends (1 Weekend on and 1 Weekend off) along with any other days off that you wish to have.
