Sales Advisor

**Are you an experienced, customer-focussed Sales Advisor with knowledge and experience of the new build housing industry?**

We are delighted to be working with one of the country's leading house builders who specialise in delivering private and mixed tenure developments across the country. This particular development in Dalkeith is in it’s infancy and is sure to stir up a huge interest given it’s stunning surroundings and the quality of the finished product. As such, we are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to support clients on their purchase journey from start to finish.

As Sales Advisor, key responsibilities of the role include:

- Taking ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
- Being the constant point of reference for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
- Promoting and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
- Ensuring all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time-frames.
- Ensuring that market research, price bench-marking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets for the development.
- Proactively search for target customers and create appointments, follow-up leads to ensure that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required.
- Undertaking inspections and introduce the customer to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and ensure the ‘after care’ of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
- Ensuring the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site against legal requirements and company policy.
- Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual.

We are keen to hear from individuals who can showcase the following skillset:

- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Experience in new build housing sales.
- Experience with providing a high level of customer service.
- Excellent diary & time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good organisational and strong administrative skills.
