**Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for approximately 300 clients accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with year-end payroll activities such as W-2 preparation
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
- Proficient in using payroll software is not a necessity as training will be given
- Familiarity with HR is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and verify payroll data for accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in relation to accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with numbers
