**Position**:Aerospace Polisher

**Salary / Hours**:£23,200 - £25,000 a year / 39 Hour Monday to Friday (Half day Friday)

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Polishing of assemblies using various polishing tools and equipment to refine the surface of pipes, removing imperfections, scratches, and discoloration to ensure they meet the specified standard.

Manual deburring of machined parts to remove burrs, sharp edges and imperfections using manual tools and techniques. Employ precision and attention to detail ensuring the quality and safety of the final product.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including the correct use of PPE, following safety protocols, reporting any equipment malfunctions, and performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Maintain documentation, to ensure accurate records of production activities are recorded, including quantities produced, issues encountered, and adjustments made during the production process.
