**Transport Administrator - Nights**:
Rexel UK, are looking to recruit a Transport Administrator within their busy, fast moving efficient warehouse in Warrington, WA5. To provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Warehouse department to ensure a first-class service is provided to our customer.

The Role
- Respond to suppliers, customers and branches network queries promptly and efficiently,
- Provide general administrative requirements to include:

- Filing and answering the telephone,
- Orders, stock receipt, release and dispatches are processed,
- Liaising with team members and management, you will feedback customer's comments, ensuring that any discrepancies are followed through to resolution.
- Manage delivery documents ensuring they are filed daily and processed with external agency.
- Work effectively within team to enhance departments’ performance and customer satisfaction
- De Brief of drivers returning from routes to identify any issues
- Input of data from driver de-briefs in order to monitor KPI’s
- Liaising with the branch network to notify of issues/obtain information when required.

The Person
- Customer focussed and service orientated
- Good communication, numeracy and literacy ability (Educated to BTEC or NVQ Level in administration or professional business field,
- Able to demonstrate strong administrative skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- Conversant with warehouse management system, i.e. M3 System or similar
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to contribute to continuous improvement
