**Role overview**

This is an exciting new opportunity, working for a client near Esher (Surrey). You will be responsible for implementing and managing survey and feedback solutions across our client portfolio (360 degree). You’ll manage the implementation of solutions withour clients, looking for ways to continuously improve the client experience, and build relationships with new clients as you implement our services with them.

**Role requirements**
- Implement and configure survey and 360 feedback platforms. This requires an in depth understanding of our technologies
- Ability to manage and balance internal and external stakeholders needs
- Work closely with our consultancy team to ensure a smooth and collaborative project roll out
- Manage project launches and support clients through the whole project
- Strong technical and Microsoft Excel skills
- Exposure to SQL Database would be beneficial
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of our products and clients, in particular the technical elements of the products and services
- Plan and manage your own workload (both short and long term), highlight any workload concerns with your line manager in a timely manner
- Share knowledge and best practice with colleagues in order to constantly improve the business
- Proactively identify opportunities within your projects and highlight these to the consultancy team with a view to enhancing the client solution
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal solutions and processes and raise these with your fellow team members
- Support the sales and consultancy teams by contributing to the relevant aspects of proposals and sales pitches
- Lead the requirements scoping, planning and documentation of client solutions from a pre-sales and post-sales capacity

**Essential skills**
- Experience of project management within a client facing business or consultancy
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Able to analyse, think critically and solve problems or identify alternative solutions
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of team.
- Strong technical and Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Structured and organised, able to multi-task

**Desirable technical skills and attributes**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication
- SQL Databases
- Able to liaise with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Knowledge or experience in HR and IT environments
- Software implementation is especially desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Passionate about technical requirements, what we need to do and how we are going to deliver it in the most efficient way possible.
