Apprentice Fire & Security Service Engineer - London & South East

**Fire & Security Engineer Opportunity**
Our Service Engineers are responsible for maintaining Fire & Security systems in line with customer requirements and current standards. You will deliver a first-class customer service to our valued clients ensuring that work is completed to an exceptionalstandard.
**The Role**
The core focus of this role is to assist in routine maintenance / installation of small installation works, call-outs and standby on Intruder, CCTV, Access control and Fire Alarms, whilst completing your City & Guilds 2882 qualification. (All Apprenticeswill be accompanied by a Qualified Engineer until deemed competent to operate as a lone worker).
- You will be required to work alongside a competent Engineer and assist with the following duties.
- Maintaining fire alarm, Access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems to the highest standards, representing the engineering face of Swift Fire & Security Ltd.
- Carrying out routine services of fire and intruder alarm systems.
- Responsible for own geographical area, ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations exceeded.
- Provide detailed information to enable accurate quoting of chargeable works.
- Maintain impeccable conduct and deliver the highest standard of customer service.
- Required to keep concise and accurate records of work completed.
- Complete your block weeks at college and maintain a high standard of work in relation to your portfolios.
- Complete your Fire & Security Systems Qualification.

- The applicant will be a self-motivated with the ability and desire to manage their workload and course work efficiently, meeting deadlines and achieving all targets.
