Graduate Town Planner

Due to continued growth, we are looking for the right person to join our expanding team based in our Rossendale Office.

Depending on your level of experience, the role will involve the following:

- Undertake site assessments, planning appraisals and providing initial advice and quotations to new and existing clients.
- Prepare and submit planning and enforcement appeals.
- Maintain an upto date knowledge of changes to planning legislation and local and national policy.
- Establish strong relationships with Clients and Co-Consultants by ensuring an excellent service is delivered to new and existing Clients.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
