Taking enquiries and memorial sales from families. Assisting families with their requirements in a sensitive and compassionate manner. Producing full estimate and details of cost. Must be accurate, thorough and show attention to detail. Must be competent in Word, Excel, Database etc. Have the ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner essential. Ability to communicate effectively. Willingness to undertake training. To have a motivated and flexible approach.
