Hair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Specialist to join our established Hair, Nails, Advanced Beauty, and Laser Clinic. **Responsibilities**:
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments, based on client preferences and hair type.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques to deliver innovative and on-trend hairstyles.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive an outstanding customer experience.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and ensure realistic expectations.

Demonstrate excellent technical skills in handling various hair types, textures, and conditions.

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.

Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on suitable hair care products, styling techniques, and maintenance routines. We work with reputed organisations like Wella (and associated brands), Olaplex, Yuko, Momoko and BR Science.

Collaborate effectively with team members, including hairstylists, assistants, and other salon staff, to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of either an NVQ Level 2 Certificate or VTCT (or equivalent) Certificate in Hairdressing.
- Proven experience as a Hair Specialist, with a portfolio or samples of previous work to showcase your skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hair care techniques, products, and tools.
- Strong proficiency in cutting, styling, and colouring hair for various lengths, textures, and styles.
- Please note
- this role will require services to be provided on Clients of all Genders.

You will be working on a self employed agreement basis, with an excellent percentage of gross profit paid to you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (as per your preference).
