**Your new role**
You will be responsible for the organisation's Windows based internal IT systems and End User Services - managing the helpdesk to ensure all incidents and requests meet the agreed SLAs. Administration and management of Sharepoint Online, Active Directory onprem and Azure AD and being part of the dedicated IT Support team who provide server and desktop support services to the organisation on a global level.
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Administration of Azure and on prem Active Directory
- Administration of Microsoft Office 365
- Intune
- ITSM such as JIRA Service Management or similar
- Windows 2012/2016 Server
