**We are recruiting Classroom Assistant for an Immediate Start**

We have an incredible opportunity to join a fantastic school in the St Albans area as a Classroom Assistant who is dedicated in supporting children with their educational development. **This is a fulltime role from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm.**

**Prior experience working as a Classroom Assistant would be preferable, but you must have experience working with children in some form of capacity where you can provide references for this.**

**The Role**:

- As a Classroom Assistant you will aid teachers in planning and implementing educational activities both inside and outside the classroom
- Support teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment as a Classroom Assistant
- Work along side colleagues to help maintain a safe and fun learning environment for children and staff
- Provide adapted attention and support to each child's needs in their learning as a Classroom Assistance

**Requirements**:

- Able to work **Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4pm**:

- Support children, parents and staff through effective communication and active listening skills as a Classroom Assistant
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards children to support learning
- As a Classroom Assistant you will need to effectively build close bonds with children and parents to be able to provide any additional support the children may need
- Either live in St Albans or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
