The Estates Administrator will look after a number of areas for a selection of our buildings including but not limited too PPM Check Sheets, Customer Satisfaction, PPM Notifications, SBS orders and receipts. They may be required to travel to site therefore business use of car insurance will be required. They will also be required from time to time to assist with the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk.
- High level communications with services across Trust, leading by example to model customer-focussed behaviours.
- Responsible for communicating with individuals and the Estates & Facilities teams on a regular basis.
- Will use Excel or Word to prepare documents as appropriate. Formatting of spreadsheet and using basic Excel skills
- Maintaining records and inputting new data on CAFM systems (MiCAD/Avanti/SD Pro).
- Organising maintenance repairs and reporting faults
- Responds to requests and provides information to external and internal queries from staff, patients and other departments
- Inputting information for report writing and updating records and databases
- Uses electronic communication systems e.g. e mail in accordance with Trust policy
- Use of general office equipment e.g. photocopier, shredder, laminator
- Distribution of information usually electronic
- Orders stock of office supplies
- Participate in collection of feedback surveys in relation to experience of our services
- General office duties
- Liaison with IT helpdesk to report problems promptly
- Track responses to correspondences
- The post holder will be required to attend training sessions which are not necessarily held at your work place and sometimes not whilst rostered into work.
- To undertake other duties at the discretion of your Manager.
