**Salary**:£34,032+ dependant on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the deployment of an overall specialism, best practice policies, processes, governance and supporting tools
- Supporting projects to deliver agreed business/functional outcomes
- Supporting the delivery of end-to-end services (including services provided by People Services and external third parties)
- Developing effective and positive relationships with the People Team and other stakeholders within the business as required
- Supporting the ability of the business to operate efficiently through the timely and efficient development of processes and guidance

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential
- Be an effective communicator and have experience of working within a team
- Have a proactive approach to communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Have an understanding of the roles of others in your immediate team in order to help carry out your role effectively

Desirable
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
- Have an operational background and good organisation skills
- Have an awareness of HR Processes
- Experience of operating within a customer environment
