**About The Role**

The Sales Support Administrator will support the sales function in delivering a first-class customer onboarding experience, whilst owning the end-to-end process of the customer lifecycle. Supporting the wider sales function with best-in-class customer / sales support.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Issuing and responding to payment link requests
- Managing account notifications (on-stop/take overs & trading to recommence)
- Create / Updating price files
- Arranging collections of equipment
- Closing lapsed Customers on SAP
- Liaising with equipment manufacturers
- Managing orders and stock levels
- Raising PO’s
- Co-ordinating customer requests
- Maintaining asset register for equipment
- Managing new starter administration
- Ensuring all contract & FOL documentation is maintained
- Activating online accounts
- Responding to consumer and customer enquiries
- Responding to leads and making the first customer contact
- Central billing checks on incoming leads
- Meeting arrangements
- General team support
- Manage & follow-up on customer complaints (log/contact supplier/respond and close)

**What You Will Need**
- Computer literate, word, excel and power point
- Skills in organisation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
- Ability to work with third parties
- Ability to work across multiple functions
- Proficient Use of SAP, to raise POs
