Shopkeeper

The person will be required to do long shifts from 6:30 to 8pm. 5 to 6 days a week minimum. Including Sundays. As a shopkeeper you will be trained to cover various tasks within the store including;

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in the shop with their inquiries and purchases
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Sorting out stock deliveries. HEAVY LIFTING INVOLVED
- Shop Merchandising

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 - 90 per week

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
