**At St John’s we are looking for someone who is self-motivating with a flexible approach to life to develop our pioneering ministry for children and their families. We’re hoping for someone who will demonstrate a passion for serving and supporting children and their families as they explore faith, come to know Christ and grow in faith. St John’s has many children and families that come through the doors, as well as in our local community. We are looking to appoint someone to take them from being “just visitors”, to being part of our multigenerational community and our church family.**

**Key Job Requirements**:
**A desire to develop faith within the church and the wider community**

**An ability to research local needs and develop and implement a three year plan**

**Creative and inspiring to lead others**

**Good computer skills**

**Excellent communication and use of Social Media platforms is essential.**

**Excellent planning and organisation**

**Develop and expand existing activities for children/young people**

**A full driving licence**

**Must be a practicing Christian and have at least 3 years experience in church ministry.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
