**Bookings Coordinator (Online Reservations & Revenue) - Hybrid Role**

**Location: Richmond, North Yorkshire**
**Salary: £23,000-30,000 (depending on experience)**

This is a hybrid role is based on a 37.5 hour week (Monday to Friday). 3 days from the office and 2 from home.

Hesketh James are currently looking to recruit a Booking Coordinator to join the team for an exciting luxury hotel group based in the Richmond area of North Yorkshire.

As a Bookings Coordinator you will be driving sales in a small revenue and reservations team managing and processing reservations for 6 operations/properties across the UK. You will have previous reservations experience; an excellent telephone manner and will arrange reservations for guests as well as taking general enquiries for both corporate and leisure clients. Experience of using online/booking systems and some revenue knowledge would be advantageous.

The successful applicant is likely to have experience in the hotel/travel industry, possibly as a Reservations/Groups Coordinator/ Receptionist or at a level where they have influenced rate and occupancy.
