**Temporary Call Handler - 5 weeks - Office Based**

£10.00 per hour
Office based - no possibility of remote or hybrid
9:00 - 17:00
**Tate is proud to be hiring for a large car and parts manufacturer, who are currently experiencing a peak in sales.**
**Job Purpose**:
To help the sales team during this peak time. They are receiving over 200 calls a day with clients requesting parts for automobiles. You will manage the incoming calls and record the information for the sales team.

**- **Answer the telephone in a prompt manner, providing excellent customer service**
- **You will work as the voice of the company prompting it to help post repeat sales**
- **Take the clients name, the product they are wanting to buy, contact information, and any further information and add it to the internal database**
**- Maintain client information updating as is needed**
- **You will support the rest of the team with adhoc administrative duties

**About you**:

- IT Literate - use excel
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent telephone manner
- You will have excellent time management skills
