**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review proposals to ensure all information is accurate and compliant with regulations
- Analyse customer information provided to you to ensure there are no discrepancies with systems
- Review complex annual reports, variation reports, completion/termination reports
- Assist the pre and post appointment teams with any complex queries prior to IP escalation
- Liaise with the Insolvency Practitioner about cases
- Report systemic and individual issues of concern to the Insolvency Practitioner and if applicable provide recommendations and draft responses.

**Additional Duties and Responsibilities**
- Any such duties that may be required by the business
- Keep up-to-date with any compliance/regulatory changes
- Mentor team members and support their development and progression through feedback
- Support management by providing MI reports as required
- Involvement with companywide projects as appropriate

**Key Competence Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to work with all levels of staff
- Professionalism
- Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective time management skills
