We are recruiting for a very experienced Upholsterer for a full/part time position at The Cotswold Bed Company based in Cheltenham. You will upholster a variety of high-quality sofas, chairs, beds & headboards. Working in a factory environment as part of a small but productive team, you will have the ability to work independently, confidently and share knowledge with your colleagues. You will need to have experience of working with upholstery, be committed and have an eye for perfection.

**What you need to bring to the role**:

- Minimum 5 years experience of working with upholstery, either in a manufacturing or re-upholstering workshop
- Ability to develop your own piece of furniture from start to finish, going through the creation of the product specification, fabric patterns, cut and sewn pieces and final details.
- Hardworking with a flexible attitude to learning new techniques
- Ability to use own initiative and work quickly to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team environment
