If so, we have the perfect position for you Join our team as a Merchandiser and be a part of our innovative and vibrant marketing campaign.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our client team. Our main site is based in Liverpool however the role has opportunities to travel locally and internationally.

**Responsibilities of a merchandiser**:

- Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop captivating product displays and ensure brand consistency.
- Deliver product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Create persuasive sales proposals and negotiate terms and pricing to successfully close deals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and successful customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Provide timely feedback on consumer trends, market insights, and competitor activities to the marketing team.

**Requirements of our merchandiser**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a field sales capacity.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- A natural influencer who excels in managing and supporting projects with a positive approach.

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
