**About the role and our team**

Join our team at Queen Elizabeth II High School as a Senior Education Support Officer, working as part of the Learning Support Team under the immediate direction of the Support for Learning Manager and the Lead Outreach Teacher.

The post will provide tuition and support for students who are not currently accessing mainstream education due to behavioural, emotional and learning needs.

You’ll liaise with parents and staff in support of student’s wellbeing, ensuring that they receive appropriate support and guidance through targeted interventions to help them thrive and achieve.

Some of these lessons will be in off-site locations, therefor you will need to retain some flexibility with regards to the role duties.
