We are recognized and regulated as an Authorized Payment Institution (API) by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, AUSTRAC in Australia, and FINTRAC in Canada

We commenced our business from a small shop in Bolton, UK, with mínimal services and a very small customer base. A mixture of tenacity, hard work, and a lot of determination led ACE Money Transfer to build a network of over 350,000 Payout locations and 1.3 million customers worldwide. It is in the fabric of our company, to overcome the odds, innovate and thrive.

**Head of Marketing (HoM) - JD**

Head of Marketing (HoM) responsibilities include creating the business Marketing strategy and developing a brand's presence. HoM is responsible for the revenue growth during the expansion of new corridors for both the Sender and Remitter sides, ensuring compliance with GDPR, developing and increasing the customer base, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Oversee marketing function of the company and Responsible for managing an overall budget and ensuring ROI on campaigns across numerous channels, including out-of-home advertising, TV, audio, display, mobile, search, and social.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading the development of all marketing plans of the company globally.
- Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Creation and implementation of an annual marketing plan and budget that directly supports the achievement of the Remittance business objectives.
- Compiles, controls, and monitors the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits and measures ROI.
- Implement successful go-to-market strategies and activities in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including meeting all legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotional activities to target the right people at the right time to achieve marketing goals.
- Formulate, organize, and develop marketing activities by identifying industry trends and new market opportunities.
- Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.
- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
- Developing the corporate brand identity in consultation with stakeholders.
- Managing creative agencies and retainer partners.
- Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
- Identifying ways to grow the marketing department and secure resources.
- Sourcing talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets across your teams.
- Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans.
- Conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.
- Working to ensure the company marketing goals are communicated continuously the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts.
- Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behaviour framework.
- Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.
- Help to define, agree, and report performance against clear KPI's for the successful acquisition and retention of customers and the growth of our remittance business.
- Marketing and positioning the money transfer services supported by strong evidence and analytics - at both product and country/corridor levels.
- Work closely with external commercial business partners globally, to ensure aligned and effective joint activities to market money transfer services on both the remitter and beneficiary side.
- Analyzing marketing activities in relation to different money transfer propositions, markets, and customer segments.
- Ensure all initiatives and campaigns are agreed as 'ready for market' by the Head of Finance and align with other Group Marketing strategies and activities.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Conducting strategic marketing analysis that will help guide marketing messages.
- Overseeing social media planning and execution.
- Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.
