**As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will revolve around** driving sales through proactive outreach and relationship building. This includes making outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing warm leads, and capitalising on hot leads to close deals. You will also be tasked with contacting trade customers to explore opportunities and foster long-term relationships.

**You will play a crucial role in forming strong customer relationships** by providing exceptional assistance and support throughout the sales process. This involves understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through product options.

**Operating from our welcoming office space in Heathfield**, your main responsibilities will revolve around managing telephone and online sales inquiries, utilising our website or CAD software to generate quotes, and providing in-person assistance to customers at our PVC trade counter.

**The basic hourly rate for this position ranges from £19,900 to £27,625 per annum**, depending on experience. Additionally, uncapped commission earnings have the potential to significantly increase this range, **with top performers easily exceeding £50k+ annually.**

Working hours are between 8 am and 5pm - Monday - Fridays, based in Heathfield East Sussex.
