**Title: Warehouse Administrator / Goods In Operative**

We are looking to recruit an experienced Stores Administrator to assist in the Stores Department of our client based in Oldham.

Temp to Perm job role
- Hours - Monday to Friday 0630-1530
- Pay Rate - £11.44 p/h plus overtime rates

Duties include
- To source, purchase and control stock levels
- Perform all aspects of receiving Goods
- Update the relevant control system in a timely fashion to ensure that details stock accurately reflect the current situation.
- Loading and unloading goods from various transport - Manual handling involved
- Move items into workshop
- Return faulty/used parts to suppliers as instructed to the required suppliers’ instructions.
- On a daily basis chase all overdue returned stock and update the relevant control system accordingly.
- Ensure that the purchase orders are raised, approved by the appropriate person and placed with the suppliers.
- Compile and update Stock Reports.
- Perform Stock Checks.

Position Requirements:
- Numeracy and literacy
- Strong IT skills - Excel
- Be smart and well presented in general appearance.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to provide work references to back up experience

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Overtime Available
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
