Fountains Bar Café are currently recruiting for Barmaids who have at least 2 years experience, personality and flair necessary to bring out the best in your colleagues and deliver exceptional standards in the workplace and equally to Fountains Bar Café thirsty customers.

Fountains Bar Café is a high profile high capacity venue and consists of 4 zones over 2 floors, a ground floor bar area with music, an elevated DJ and dance floor area and a separate quiet lounge booth seating area. There is also a separate "Underground Bar" with music and dance, all with state-of-the-art lighting, great DJ’s and bookable VIP booths/tables in the underground bar.

Fountains Bar Café is open 7 nights a week late so we need a highly skilled, passionate, enthusiastic and motivated Barmaids to join the team at this exciting business in the heart of the town centre.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the Pub, Bar, Nightclub or Alcohol serving related industry who is forward-thinking and has;
- Previous 2 year experience as a Barmaid in a fast paced night time environment, bar, nightclub or similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends
- Reasonable knowledge of legal requirements for the operation of a late bar, events venue (drink aware, when not to serve, pubwatch scheme etc)
- The ability to deal with changing priorities and work demands
- The ability to work calmly under pressure

Friendly working environment

Rate of pay is significantly higher than minimum wage but is negotiable based on your experience and capability to undertake the position competently.

This is a full time or part time, permanent role. The role requires flexibility as the business needs will differ from week to week, weekend availability essential. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration.
