We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our Civil Service Partnership Team to support with relationship management by co-ordinating and supporting with reporting, associated campaigns and generating key intelligence for both internaland external customers.

This position can be delivered on a remote basis with some opportunity for work in the feild.

**What will you be doing?**
- Manage learner pipeline to ensure leads and opportunities are processed in a timely manner
- Manage administration and campaigns to ensure projects and initiatives are completed on time
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, producing reports on a regular basis for both internal and external use
- Maintain accurate data associated to employer partners within CRM to ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Guarantee effective processing of finance related administration to ensure timely payments are transacted
- Create internal briefing documents to support with launching new Departments(Partners), Curriculum and Marketing requests to ensure effective delivery of partnership objectives

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment to deliver high levels of customer service
- A high level of confidence with technology such as Microsoft Office, CRM and video conferencing platforms
- Accuracy and ability to follow instructions
- Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
- High attention to detail
- Ability to carry out basic analysis on information
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
