- About the Role
- We are currently recruiting for an ERP PMO professional to support our business change and project management team function. In this role you will be critically supporting the delivery and execution of the Fusion2 ERP Programme, the replacement of the ERP and related systems across the Group. You will be owning the risk, actions and issues log, managing controls within the project, ensure processes are being correctly followed across the programme of work and managing the contractors joining and leaving the project.
- What you will be doing in this role- Project Support: Provide support to project managers and consultants in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Documentation Management: Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organisation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project artifacts.
- Diary management: Facilitate meetings in line with project framework, organise and facilitate workshops & support consultant with diary management.
- Resource management: Support PMO with resource management both internally and externally, manage joiners & leavers process for Consultants, manage holiday and sickness calendars.
- Reporting and Metrics: Manage organising the completion of status reports, ADO’s and any other key project reports as required.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members, business stakeholders, and external partners. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of project-related information. Ensure central repository for meeting recording is updated and managed.
- RAID Management: Manage project RAID logs across all workstream, following up any outstanding items. Assist in the identification, tracking, and resolution of project risks and issues, escalating critical issues to Senior Project Team as needed.

What you will bring to the role- Experience and knowledge in project management and coordination within a large scale project, ideally on an ERP system implementation.
- Significant, demonstrable previous experience in an administration role.
- Previous experience in diary management and coordination.
- Effective time management skills in order to prioritise own workload, be self-motivating and plan using own intuitive.
- Previous experience in managing multiple tasks, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Experience in dealing with staff at all levels of a business.
