If so, Parker Franklyn is delighted to be supporting a leading UK Insurance Business that is looking to appoint an Account Executive/ Director in the Southwest of England, reporting into the Cornwall Branch.

This vacancy is due to the growth and investment in the area, with much more planned in the future. The company has a proven track record in developing and progressing individuals that can perform consistently, some in a relatively short space of time.

Whilst inheriting a portfolio of clients, your duties will include:

- Develop and maintain a ‘trusted adviser’ status with both new and existing clients.
- Proactively engage with new prospects via various methods such as networking, referrals etc.
- Provide specialist and tailored advise to all clients, ensuring that any recommendations are in their best interests.
- Ensuring that clients stay with the business upon renewal from your repeatable and effective renewal processes.
- Offer a wide range of commercial insurance product solutions, identifying area where you can add more value to them.
- Regularly visit clients to strengthen your relationships and trust.

To be considered for the position, you will have a proven track record as an Account Executive within a broker environment and have experience within commercial insurance products. Your previous role(s) will have shown you can grow your account by at least 8%-15% per year with the right support. There will be evidence of you building your clients’ portfolios to maximise the income to the business. As a person, you will be passionate about what you do, eager to perform to your best and confident in your future success.

Also, you will receive regular, qualified leads from the internal Marketing Team that you will work with to constantly improve the already great quality.
