Door Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure the safety and security of patrons, staff, and premises.

Monitor and control access to the venue, checking IDs and ensuring compliance with entry requirements.

Handle and resolve conflicts or incidents in a professional and diplomatic manner.

Conduct regular security patrols to identify and address potential security risks.

Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a cohesive and secure environment.

Provide exceptional customer service and assist patrons with inquiries or concerns.

Enforce venue policies and procedures, including dress codes and behavior standards.

Work closely with local authorities and emergency services as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
