If so, we should talk - Koura, an Orbia business and part of the Fluorinated Solutions group, is hiring a Treasury Administrator based in Thornton Science Park, Chester.

This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining the banking and payments system and processes. Alongside that, this role will administrator the company credit cards and run CSI reporting and input in the HMRC portal.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Ensuring all cash received from customers is allocated to customer ledgers daily.

Advising credit management of any receipt discrepancies compared to outstanding invoices.

Maintaining the accuracy of all other bank receipts, investigating unknown items, and resolving SAP coding issues.

Cover for customer credit releases.

Review of manual vendor invoices for input accuracy.

Preparation of monthly vendor payment runs for UK and overseas.

Preparation of expense, intercompany and any additional adhoc payment runs, including the timely transfer of funds for wages payments.

Issuing of remittance advices.

Assist the accounts payable team in answering calls on payment queries.

Reconciliation of all bank accounts in line with company procedures, deadlines and SOX controls.

Running of month end cycles.

Review of Concur expenses.

You’ll bring to the table

AAT qualified or equivalent qualification.

Strong excel knowledge.

SAP knowledge.

Good understanding of bank systems, controls and processes.

Experience of SOX controls (desirable)

Concur knowledge (desirable)
