Mortgage Administrator

My client is a market leading Financial Services organisation who are continuing to grow. As apart of their expansion plans they have an opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join their successful Mortgage division.
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative support service to the Mortgage Advisers to ensure an efficient and high standard of service is delivered to clients.
**Duties**:
- Administration
- Customer Service
**Additional Duties**
As directed by Management.
**Essential**
- Driving license and use of a car
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexibility to ensure client expectations are met
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of computer systems and good Excel, MSOffice
- High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Honesty and integrity is vital for this role.
- Problem-solving and decision-making with the ability to solve basic queries regarding the progress of matters. Refer more technical queries to the Mortgage Advisor.
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Studying for CeMAP 1, 2 & 3
- Experience of entering data on CRM
