Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries and cakes
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
