Landscape Foreman/woman

**Fantastic Opportunity Landscape Foreman at established Hampshire Landscaping Company.**

**The Company**:
You will be based from our Head Office at Monxton Nurseries, established in 1970, KBL works with a huge variety of different customers including local authorities, landscape architects, commercial developments and private clients.

**Landscape Foreman**:

- As a Landscape Foreman you will be responsible for the installation and running of a variety of different commercial, private or maintenance landscaping projects.
- You will be able to supervise and manage a team of landscapers, while ensuring compliance with industry and company health and safety procedures.
- You will be able to read and understand contract/architect drawings to ensure project is completed in line with specification and to standard.
- You will be expected to liaise with line manager and office staff on day-to-day running of projects, highlighting potential needs and problems.
- You will have excellent communication skills in order to liaise successfully with colleagues and clients at all levels.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Landscape Foreman as above, as well as**:

- Valid SSSTS Card
- Full driving license, ideally with trailer and 7.5 tonne categories.
- Other landscaping tickets desirable, though not essential.

**The Package**:

- Working hours: 8.00 - 4.30 Monday to Friday
- Salary: £14.00 upwards, depending on experience
- Overtime available
- 28 Days Annual leave (inc. bank holidays), extra days accrued with each year of service.
- Government regulated pension scheme.
