**The role**:

- Carry out pre and post inspections of occupied care homes to determine the extent of internal and external painting and decoration as required.
- Carry out a range of external and internal painting and redecoration tasks in occupied and empty premises whilst achieving a durable and quality finish.
- Carry out all necessary administrative work as required to successfully complete your tasks and role as required by the Hica procedures and policies and according to instruction from your line-manager or other work supervisor.

**About you**:

- Experience of General Repairs/DIY Skills and Maintenance
- Knowledge of basic Health and Safety
- Sound knowledge of internal and External redecoration
- Basic DIY skills

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
