**Description**

We are seeking an experienced SSSTS Electrical Foreman to join our team. Working on a project in High Wycombe, starting towards the end of May 2024 for approximately 10-11 weeks.

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to manage and supervise a team of electrical staff from the start of the project through to handover. The role will be both partial working and non-working.

Should be experienced in meeting with clients, planning and managing projects and overseeing other staff and co-ordinating with other trades on site. An effective leader you will play a crucial role in optimizing efficiency, and driving productivity whilst maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing, mentoring and supervising all electrical site staff to ensure they are motivated and performing at their best
- Co-Ordinating and ordering of materials, plant and equipment
- Managing Health & Safety
- Inspecting and performing quality assurance on all works
- Meeting with clients and attending site meetings
- Working with our Projects Managers to ensure projects run on time and with-in budget

**Requirements**:

- Experience and proven background in supervisory role within electrical contracting SSSTS or similar
- C&G Qualified Electrician to 18th Edition, 2391 would be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have full UK driving licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: From £22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 - 65 per week

**Experience**:

- Electrical Supervisory: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SSSTS/SMSTS (required)
- ECS Card (required)
