**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build and repair of PCs/Printers and servers
- Maintain and manage loan equipment
- Assist with maintaining the stock room and ensure stock is replenished when necessary
- Maintain and organise documentation
- Follow test and repair procedures as instructed
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the workshop

**Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required**
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning and time management skills
- A passion for IT

**Career Path**
- Progression to a 1st line helpdesk engineer (6-18months)

**Pay is dependent on age and experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year

- Basildon, SS14 3WN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
