Overview:
**Duties**:

- Oversee yard operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage a team of yard employees, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a logistics or warehouse environment
- Proficiency in using forklifts and other yard equipment (training can be provided)
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks

A Class C licence would be an advantage
