Ventilation Ductwork Fitters Mate

Site hours: 07.30 am - 04.30 pm

Estimated start date: 3rd January 2023

**Duties**

Assisting experienced ventilation ductwork fitter with all relevant tasks. On the job training will be given by the fitter, introducing the mate to all various tasks including setting out, reading and understand construction drawings, understand specifications, installing bracketry, installing galvanised and fire rated ductwork, QA procedure compliance and handover snagging and presentation.

Tools will be provided as experience is gained. PPE will be provided.

Experience in working in a construction environment would be beneficial.

Facefit, PASMA, IPAF and First Aid Training will be given. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

**Essential criteria**

Right to work in the UK, CSCS Card and a good understand of written and spoken English is essential.

3 months on site at Battersea Power Station, opportunities within Central London after.

**Salary**: £14.12 per hour
