Experienced Pizzaiolo

We are looking for a Assistant Pizzaiolo with some experience working with gas oven and Electric one, willing to step up as Head Pizzaiolo.
Responsibilities are:
- Run all aspects of the kitchen, which includes service, stock control, ordering.
- Training new team member, monitoring wastages and cleanness.
- Following Manual of Company standards and procedures.
Pizza dough made centrally by us, and limited preparation required on daily base.
