Vamonos Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic travel company who offer complete travel solutions for group and individual travelers.

**Duties**:
On a day to day basis you will be quoting, booking and operating individual holiday requests and tours, including Tailor-Made & VIP bookings for small groups, liaising with hotels, visitor attractions, restaurants and guided tours around the UK and parts of Europe

You will be using the in-house system (Tourplan). Working quickly and accurately, at times under pressure, within acceptable time frames. whilst maintaining excellent communications at all times with clients and suppliers

You will manage pre-payments are on time for any bookings made. Preparing and delivering welcome packages / tickets for clients when applicable.

**To be successful**

You must be a strong multi-tasker and able to priorities urgent request

Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Have previous experience in Travel, hospitality within reservations or operations

**- If you have worked with TOURPLAN before this will be a huge advantage**

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about travel and tourism, is willing to work as a team and eager to learn. The company invest a lot of time in to their staff to ensure it is a happy work place and include a lot of ‘extras’ as part of the package.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
